As teenagers, we had a goal to finish high school and receive our diplomas. However, some of us never finished high school due to various circumstances. We never knew how that decision would affect our future until now. The good news is, you can do something about it now because it is not too late to get your GED.
You’ve come to the right place!
We can help navigate you to achieve your goal of getting your GED and work towards becoming self-sufficient.
We will empower you and challenge you because we believe you can do it!
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” — Nelson Mandela
Rize Beyond is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Gwinnett County that recognizes the need to mend the educational gap in adults who have dropped out of high school. We enrich the lives of adults through education, empowerment, accountability, and motivation. An adult exposed to a new way of life realizes that there are other possibilities. When they see that others have achieved success in a way they can relate to, they can see that level of success for themselves. We provide that platform to students to dream and dream big while setting goals and creating action plans to make their dreams a reality.
To empower, encourage, and teach individuals the strategies to overcome barriers and succeed, starting with getting their GED.
To motivate individuals to transform their lives by bridging the gap between current circumstances and future possibilities through preparation to self-sufficiency, educationally and financially.
We are passionate about the work we do and the impact we have on people's lives. Seeing the change in people is what we work so hard to accomplish.
We are committed to assisting every person that participates in the program to achieve their goals and become a positive influence in their families and communities.
Education is the foundation of success. Once you learn what you need to do and how to do it, no one can stop you. Knowledge is a commodity no one can take from you.
Our community is us, and we are our community. When we invest in our community and ourselves, we see things get better and brighter for the future.
No matter what you have been through, you can always change the outcome of your future. Receiving the support and services you need will put you on the right path to success.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader. - John Quincy Adams
about the founder
Euresha Jennings dropped out of high school at 17 years old. Even though she did not continue high school the traditional way, she knew she had to create another path to reach her educational goals. While married and raising her three children, Euresha began her journey towards getting her GED. She did not have much support, and the process was difficult for her, but she managed to get her GED after two attempts. After Euresha obtained her GED, she pursued her educational goals and received her associate's, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees. Motivation, determination, hard work, and never giving up on her dreams created the recipe for her success.
Euresha knows personally and understands what it takes to work towards and achieve the great accomplishment of receiving her GED and reaching her other educational goals. Her experiences inspired her to help others similar to herself, a high school dropout. In 2019, Euresha founded Rize Beyond.
Euresha started as a high school dropout and finished her educational journey with a master's degree. If she could do it, you can too!
"Achieving success is great when you receive support from those who believe in you and take the journey with you."
